By attending an event hosted by ATD Detroit, you hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

You understand that photographs, videos, and recordings captured during the event may be used by ATD Detroit for promotional, marketing, and educational purposes. This may include publication on ATD Detroit's website, social media channels, promotional materials, and other communication platforms.

You agree that you are not entitled to any compensation, royalties, or other financial remuneration for the use of media content captured during the event, including any subsequent distribution, reproduction, or display of such content by ATD Detroit.

You release ATD Detroit, its officers, directors, and partners from any and all claims, demands, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use of media content captured during the event, including but not limited to claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or copyright infringement.
