Everyone will have the chance to measure their own leadership potential and share their stories of inspiration.

About the Speaker
Michelle Pallas is a business strategy consultant, project manager, change director, trainer, speaker and writer. She provides leadership and project coaching across workforce generations to executives, directors, managers and entrepreneurs. Michelle has created many project management, leadership and business analysis learning solutions.
Michelle has helped generations of project managers reach their full potential through teaching, mentoring and coaching. She guides executives in their role as change leaders and project sponsors to enable them to deliver on their promise to lead.
A frequent speaker at member organizations and corporate town halls, she presents on many topics including: project management strategy, organizational transformation, leadership competencies, best practices in project and requirement management, and the future of leaders.
Michelle is known for her infectious positive outlook on life and her commitment to keeping promises. She takes seriously her role as mentor and coach and lives a character-based leadership lifestyle. She has a reputation for driving results through collaboration. ATD Detroit CONFIRMATION/CANCELLATION POLICY:
Registrations are not considered definite or confirmed until payment has been submitted. Cancellations will be accepted until 5:00pm on Thursday, April 4th. Cancellations received prior to this time/date can be 1) refunded to the credit card less a $5 processing fee or 2)transferred to the next scheduled ATD Detroit meeting date.
Refunds after this date cannot be issued, but we will gladly accept a substitution should you wish to send someone in your place.
