Program Summary

Attend this session to learn Human Centered Design principles and methodologies that you can take back to your organization. These will yield faster results than traditional problem solving. Often we approach problem solving or training others with our own opinions or lived experiences. This session will help ensure your user has a seat at the table and that their needs are being met. This will lead to more effective trainings and higher results for the organization.

Program Objectives

• Discuss a high level overview of Human Centered Design -- Empathy, Define, Ideate, Prototype and Test
• Gain an understanding of how to meet the needs of a user, both internal and external
• Design tools that you can take back to your organization to utilize with real-life scenarios

Registrations are not considered definite or confirmed until payment has been submitted. Cancellations will be accepted until 5:00pm on Thursday, March 8th. Cancellations received prior to this time/date can be 1) refunded to the credit card less a $5 processing fee or 2) transferred to the next scheduled ATD Detroit meeting date.

Refunds after this date cannot be issued, but we will gladly accept a substitution should you wish to send someone in your place.
