SESSION DESCRIPTION: Facilitating a virtual instructor led training (vILT) program is not simply a case of taking a face-to-face (ILT) session and putting it online. Nor is vILT a “webinar”, which is a one-way flow of information. A well designed vILT is an engaging, participatory, and collaborative learning journey. Join this engaging session in which Liam will highlight 5 key points to take into consideration when designing vILT programs, and practice what he preaches, as he shares tools and techniques that will keep your audience motivated, focused and off email and Amazon!
LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
In this session you will learn:
- What makes vILT different from e-learning or webinars
