For many of you, developing others is your passion but in doing so, your own progression in your role and in your career may be unclear, has stalled, or is non-existent. ATD recently released the new Talent Development Capability Model in an interactive model you can use to assess your place against industry-researched and accepted knowledge and skills to help determine where you need to go and how to get there. It’s the gap assessment, personalized learning plan, and tracker-- all rolled into one tool that helps to clear your path and motivate you toward your professional development goals. The free interactive model can help marry the aspirations with where you are now to help you achieve your own professional development goals.
