I am putting together a gaps analysis tool for the senior leadership in each of our business units to use as a way to truly understand where we should focus our leadership development in 2020 (which competencies and behaviors as well as skills need to be focused on).  Do any of you have a tool that you use or have used in the past that has worked well for your strategic planning?
