  December Topic: Behavioral Forecasting: Predicting People Problems Before They Happen

  Description: Join us for Behavioral Forecasting: Predicting People Problems Before They Happen. Most organizational issues conflict, burnout, turnover don’t come out of nowhere. They follow predictable behavioral patterns that can be seen long before they erupt. This session explores the science of behavioral forecasting: how to read early warning signs in motivation, communication, and decision-making to prevent problems before they start. You’ll learn how to recognize the signals, interpret what they mean, and design behavioral interventions that keep teams healthy and high-performing.
